Meet Emma Klein – Yoga Teacher, Mom, Baker and Blogger

Emma joined the WNT team this month to bring some dynamic yoga flow classes to get you going on a Tuesday morning (7.30-8.30am) and some lovely 90min pregnancy yoga classes on a Thursday morning (10-11.30am).
Some days I feel like Super Woman juggling everything in my life, but I am always excited and grateful to be able to teach yoga to many beautiful people across South London.
My yoga journey started with me wanting to be more flexible, as something to do as part of my normal gym routine. After many years of practice, sometimes diligently and sometimes sporadically; through moving countries (from South Africa to England), a wedding and a baby; yoga became a journey of self-discovery that has led me to teach and share this journey with others. Yoga supports me mentally and physically; through my belief systems and philosophy, a drive to leave the planet in a better place than I found it and even filtering into my cooking/ baking by trying to use Ayurvedic principles in what we eat.
I love helping other people to find their own discoveries. Whether that be through becoming a bit stronger and more flexible or through finding inner strength to support you through pregnancy and daily stress. This is one of the reasons why I am very excited to join the West Norwood Therapies team. Being able to be part of this wonderful community of practitioners and hopefully getting to meet new clients to share this great journey with.
