Erika likes to offer small classes of gentle flow yoga leading on to a relaxation and meditation. Suitable if you practiced a little before and enjoy a more gentle and varied practice with time for meditation and relaxation.
I have practiced yoga for almost 20 years and is some ways the context and remedy for my life.
Taking a group class where you enjoy the space with others is my go-to solution for all moods or physical imbalances, but also to inject some joy and vitality in life.
Over time my own practice has varied in intensity and style. It started out with strong dynamic, but set in form, Mysore style ashtanga, and then moved onto more creative in form, lead classes of vinyasa flow, yin and iyengar styles but most of the times self practice at home.
In 2005 I was on the second intake of Yogacampus teacher training and enjoy regular workshops and intensive trainings with them. Since qualifying I have taught small private groups and private one on ones up until a couple of years ago when I acquired a dog and it became more down dog than downward facing dog...
