Yoga for stiff and recovering shoulders

An overview of common conditions which affect shoulder movement and explore yoga postures that will help to get the joints of the shoulder moving more freely as well as postures tha will help strengthen and stabilise associated areas of the body.

 

Yinka will teach adaptations and variations of yoga postures using props.

Small group workhshop (maximum 6) which aims to be relaxed and informative.

Yinka's yoga workshops draw on her vast experience as an osteopath and yoga teacher to focus on particular areas of the body and the challenges you may face with them.

 

Yinka creates a relaxed and fun atmosphere in her sessions which are full of information and learning as well as being sociable and collaborative.
