We are tucked away inside an office block in the Access Self Storage premises on Norwood Road so we don't have a high street front. Don’t panic, it’s not in a storage vault! We are in the office block which is separate from the storage units. Access Self Storage is just next to the old Fire Station (now flats!) on Norwood Road.
You will need an appointment to visit us, so please book ahead.
When you arrive you can get access through the main gates by using the buzzer or your practitioner will let you in out of hours.
It can be helpful to have access to these directions as it's not obvious.
Use the buzzer at the main gates of Access Self Storage to ask reception to let you in during office hours. Outside of office hours your practitioner will come and let you in - please be aware they can only come when they are ready for your appointment and ensure you have their phone number in case they don't appear.
When you are nearly at the loading bay and can see the reception to your left, turn right and this is the office block.
You will need to ring a buzzer to be let in, please be aware that a practitioner will only be able to let you in when they are finished with their client.
