Laura is passionate about sharing the enormous benefits she has gained from her broad experience in energy treatments and modalities. She brings abundant enthusiasm and warmth to her treatments which offer a space for restoration and transformation and will help you find balance in your busy life.
Laura uses reflexology to work with your body’s own self-healing processes, taking time to understand your individual needs before helping your body to achieve its natural state of balance and optimal wellbeing. Reflexology is wonderful for relaxing the body and mind, reducing feelings of pain, stress and anxiety, encouraging hormonal balance, and supporting better sleep.
Reflexology can help improve the symptoms of many health conditions, including: Auto-immune and Inflammation, Digestive, Headaches & Migraines, Musculoskeletal & Nervous System and Women’s Health.
Reflexology is a wonderful therapy to support fertility and pregnancy all the way through to labour.
Laura is also a Sound Healing Practitioner. Working with the vibrational frequencies of Singing Bowls, Shamanic Drum and Koshi Chimes to encourage equilibrium in the cells, tissues and organs of the whole body. The 1-2-1 sessions are deeply relaxing and leave your mind, body and soul feeling deeply rested, rejuvenated and vitalised.
Laura is also a Reiki Master, Shamanic Energy Healing and Animal Reiki Practitioner.

Laura joined the West Norwood Therapies team in October 2019 as she moved back to West Norwood after 2.5 years away traveling, teaching, training and working in the UK and abroad.
Laura’s first introduction to energy treatments was in 2008 with Reflexology. Laura was fascinated and fell in love with it experiencing a number of profound impacts over the years and felt a deep calling to study and share this wonderful therapy with others so they too could feel its wonderful benefits and healing. Laura has shared Reflexology all over the world on hundreds of pairs of feet, from children to adults, working with various conditions and specialising for Preconception and Maternity.
After many years of personal yoga practice Laura qualified as a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher in 2015 and later completed a Hatha and Ashtanga training in India in 2017 with a strong focus on meditation and pranayama. With a great love of philosophy Laura went on to explore and embody this further at Vipassana Meditation centres in India and Sri Lanka.
“In the fast paced, noisy world we live in it’s important to find space within ourselves, to connect in, turn the volume down and allow ourselves ‘to be’”. Laura is passionate about working with energy, holding a safe space for you to connect in to yourself. It is through this connect and space one may experience truly transformational effects.
Laura has undertaken training in modalities that she has personally benefitted from over the years to enable her to share them to support people on their journey through life. Laura is also a Reiki Master, Shamanic Energy Healing and Tibetan Bowls Sound Healing Practitioner. Energy is in all living things animals and plants included, Laura has qualified as an Animal Reiki practitioner.
